The Start Of Something Neon

just start. the mantra im trying so hard to live by right now. and with the onset of a new month i cant help but feel like now is a better time than ever to initiate that first step for all the things ive been setting aside, beginning with a subtle sprinkle of neon, a trend i have yet to fully tackle. anything sheer that can catch the wind like a sail, im in. especially if its color blocked. paired with my leopard clutch, skinnies and black heels, its always nice to find a no-fuss look when youre trying to tend to other tasks. this week is already flying by full of fittings, friends, fitness, four hour shifts, food, and ends with a fashion show at the greystone mansion. and yes, yours truly will for the first time be walking not watching.

wish me luck and follow on instagram and twitter to see it all @megmagers

  3. I have yet to fully embrace neon either! I like how you started small. Isn't that a great way to start anything new? A little at a time. Thanks for the life lesson through fashion :)

  4. Funny story...I remember neon was a big trend when we were in 5th or 6th grade...it was around the beginning of the 2000's. My mom bought me a pair of neon green tights and a neon green sweater. I thought they were great and paired them with a skirt to wear to church. UTTERLY CRUSHED when my best friend told me my legs looked like asparagus! Perhaps I set myself up to fail, but you, my dear have once again nailed it. I smile to myself at your sweet hesitance in trying new trends when you pull them off flawlessly every time. Sending much love sprinkled with neon, Whit
